    Talking Xeper has BIG news!

Im not sure if you were all aware of my problem, I had a 99 Olds Intrigue that was a major money pit. Over heated several times and I had gotten it from this cheap looking car lot. But at the point I thought I had no other choice.

Well the mechanic put it together, but its still messed up, so I decided to look for another car and talked to my bank on possible car lots that they deal with the most. They really helped me out!

Enter, my new (used) 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT!

It has the GT2 package, with the series III 3.8L V6. I love it.

Iv always wanted a Grand Prix, and I was more into the favor of the model before this one, its wide mean look. Then I saw this at the car lot and drove it around. I was taken. I really like the interior (remember my last car was a 99 Intrigue), all the buttons are in perfect reach, and my favorite has to be the radio controls on the steering wheel. The seats wrap around you from the back and feel really comfortable. Very spacious trunk, and little things here and there that make it great. I still need to lean how to use the little info screen abit more.

Im still paranoid, being how tramatic my last car experience was. I still cant believe either that this is my car. I checked it on car fax and it had no problems through its history. Im so happy... now I dont have to bum rides anymore.

And I can honestly say this car is actually mine, and probably my first real car. Why? Cause its under my name! And of course, I got full coverage and gap insurance with my bank. Dont know what more to say... I cant blieve its mine.

Congratulations on your new car. No matter how many times you get one, it still is a great feeling. Also, thanks for staying with GM despite your past problems. All I can say is that I've had far better luck with them than with any other manufacturer, and I've driven most mainstream brands. Hopefully you won't get any more lemons.

Thanks IROC! You're right about the new car feeling. And despite whatever problem I may have had with GM In the past, I'm not leaving them! My family is a GM family.

The new car feeling is awesome, pity it fades (and sometimes turns into car frustration, like your Olds did.)

I really like the GP look from the outside, the inside is a little too spaceship, and they made it out of that light grey cheapo plastic. I like the GP symbol in the center of the steering wheel, and the Pontiac red gauges and computer look nice.
"I cannot wait for the new fad to come along, one that doesn't involve making respectable looking cars look as though they were parked nearby when the plastic factory exploded."

Great man! I like that car! Big comfy car that doesn't lose its composure at higher speeds like you'd expect such a nice riding car to do. Enjoy!

Im not gonna complain about the interior, actually looks better than my last one. GP symbols do look great, especially the WIDETRACK logo... Does widetrack just mean that the car is wide?

Congrats!! Grand Prix's are generally very reliable, so hopefully you'll have many trouble-free miles! My boss has a 2004 white GT2, has 75K miles...no problems whatsoever with it.

May she never let you down. If this is your first black car, just remember to be gentile to the paint. A clean black car is simply beautiful, but a black car will make you want to pull your hair out keeping it clean.
