So do you love it, or was it a compromise? I had to compromise with my Vectra but I love it. P.S. Want to see the Fiero too, no matter how rough.
Wow, I've never seen one of those cars before....
The car was a comprimise. I had an accident on my record so insurance for some of the other cars I looked at was insane. Like, around ~$300 a month for a Sebring convertible.
I ended up considering a few cars, but the Taurus was the best value imo.
Do I love it though?
Yeah, it's a good car. I do love it. Wouldn't mind if it were a color other than gold, but I love it. It's roomy, comfortable, good handling, reliable, and has enough power to get me around town with a bit of oomph. The gas mileage isn't bad either.
My bike carrier fits on it too (the bike is a Raleigh sc30)!
On another note, I found this today while washing it:
Bleh. Ruined my day.
likearock00: Didn't the Silverado outsell the Taurus?

There's no apology for stupid, boy!
The Silverado is the 2nd best selling vehicle in the whole world. 200k more than the Camry and Solara which are in 3rd. But about 150k behind the F150, which I would think the F150 would lose a bit of group this year.Originally Posted by King Riffle
Aw, come on, the Silverado is a much more eye pleasing vehicle than the Taurus. I traded a 2004 Taurus for my truck, so I guess I just like to drive what everyone else does. I get alot more looks at my Silverado than I ever did in the Taurus though...
