    RBs are great!!

I like a lot of *** cars, even though I'm more of a V8 RWD guy (wouldnt seem that way looking at my car!). You should post it up.

Yep, all are welcome in the Garage.

Nice VL. I didn't realize you could get seats in that state of ...rem build, I suppose you might call it. What did they set you back?

Also, are you experiencing any kidney pain sitting that close to the ground? How bad does that rubber scrape on your quarters?

Re: My Holden VL Berlina with Nissan RB25det

The VE Senator foams cost me $250
Then i bought VE Omega seats for $200 (because the Senator foams will fit on the Omega frames).

All I need to do is have the Omega frames welded onto the VL rails, and buy front and rear leather upholstery ($900)

Doesnt scrape at all really. Only if people are sitting in the back, and I hit a mad bump in the road.

Nice - I always loved the VL Calais look. You've obviously spent some time making it special.

I'm normally not a fan of anything bigger than 17"s on pre-VT's, I think they make the car look anorexic, but the SS-Vs look pretty good with the setup you have.

I've been the same actually. (simmons FR18s were nice too) Thats why I had 17s on the car for 6 years.
Then I saw a picture of another VL with the SSVs, and I quite liked it, and found a set very cheap on ebay, so I gave it a go. ($1350 delivered, new wheels, new tires, wheel nuts and lock nuts).
