    Military Tribute...check this out.

Well. as a member of the ND national Guard I am a part of alot of Guard forums and sites.A few guys have built some military tribute cars but mainly foriegn cars. I have always wanted to try my hand at a commemoration to my fallen commrades and figured it out. These cars are built with parts that are donated by companies as long as you display the car at certain shows for a year. I think I could use my original color scheme of black white and red but instead of white use an Army Combat Uniform (ACU) pattern. Build it like I want and throw some kick ass murals on it. Then when the show circuit is done the parts are mine. 6" lift. 37" Goodyear MTR Kevlars like the Humvees have. Snorkel, road armor style bumpers, HIDs, ICE and lots of toggle switches and guages...

It sounds awesome. What truck/SUV is going to be used?

Sounds neat. An OLD 50s or 60s Suburban would be cool for something like that IMO.

I agree. But, at the moment I am thinking of using my 94 Yukon since I already have the design that will work for this purpose. I am considering another one with a classic though.
