Lightbulb I felt like bragging today :)

I live in rural minnesota, but its not super rural, just smaller towns (more than just a bar and church of course.) But lots of the towns around here are in valleys.... I just love the sound of driving out of the valley.... the ENTIRE valleys echo with 350 Roars......

Looks fairly modern for an 1898 car

nice truck, and i wish i lived where you live, looks sunny and green, not cloudy and grey all the time.

Put the cats back on. This is my planet too.

I've heard that if you take the cats off it will run worse and get worse gas mileage. By all rights it should because the engine is designed to run with them.

Nice, I had been thinking of tearing the cats off but don't know if I want to yet ( I have straight pipes right now) Did you have any experience with the cats on and straight pipes ? If you did was it made a lot louder by removing the cats?

i didn't have the cat on with the pipes, when i was doing it i cut it off after the cat and just started it to see how it sounded, it was decently loud, but then taking the cat off made it a hell of a lot louder. MY cat was shot anyway... i think it weighed a TON! Im not moddifying the exahsut anymore, though i though of putting a glasspack on. Cats are just for the enviornment, or so ive heard. I haven't heard anything that if they were taken off you would get worse gas mileage?? If its dealing with backpreassure, im pretty sure my crappy manifolds do that job... hahah

sorry fightning chance, when i get a newer truck i promise i'll put free flowing cats on ok???
