72 months???? Yikes. I guess if you plan on keeping it forever (like I tend to do!), it makes sense, especially at zero percent.
Lambdas are very nice cars. Sadly though, just much too big for our needs... not to mention much too big for our scant parking!
May it bring many miles of motoring smiles to the Hitman family!
Thanks everyone.
We are calling these the "Decade Cars" because that's how long we are going to keep them. The lambda is huge. During the test-drive we took it home to make sure it fits in the garage with the G8 GT. It did. I followed my wife back to the dealership in the G8 GT and the salesman starting drooling on it. It was like a reverse test-drive because he wanted to sit in it and check it out.
We cleared this with our financial advisor. He is a big fan of 0% loans over long term.
Well GM, outside of maintenance that is it from this family until 2019 or so. Good luck.

Wow, you own 2 dinosaurs from GM now!! LOL. Seriously though- congrats. You definitely picked the best 2 models that got axed.

Congrats, Hitman. Bench or captain's chairs in the 2nd row? Were there any other Outlooks on the lot that you were also looking at or decided between?

Nice purchase. I am struck by how of all the Lamdas, the Outlook has the closest proportions to a traditional RWD SUV.
Nice choice Hitman. That would be my pick of the lambdas too, though I'm not an SUV type guy.

Thanks, we went with 2nd row captain's chairs. The first one we wanted was midnight blue with premium audio and DVD package. We got the trailering package, convenience package, and dual sunroof on this one.
For Buick61's sake it was assembled in Lansing, MI with 70% North American parts content.

Very nice!
I drove a '10 Acadia with the DI 3.6L and they finally got the powertrain right on the Lambdas for the '09+ model. Lots of broad power and perfect shifts. A real contrast from my grandparents' '07.

Today we went back to the dealership to re-sign some paperwork. We forgot to add our GM Card credit to the purchase! They took care of it no problem. They had four on the lot yesterday. Today we only saw one left, a loaded Silver Moss XR with 20" wheels and the cool looking exhaust.
There we six or so Vue. Six or so Sky. Over a dozen new Aura too. No Astra to be found and a decent used car selection on the lot.
