    Current Car

You'll probably all hate me because it's not a GM car (bought it few weeks ago), but I simply couldn't pass this deal up. Couldn't afford a VX SS or a VU V8 ute, I'll have one of those one day.

    Nissan r32 GTS4, with rb25det

I want to say welcome, and congratulations on your purchase - but I also have to say...

You are; however, partially excused, as that blue and bronze coloured machine is RWD.

Nice car. At least you went with soemthing a little different and bought a 4 door. I like the idea that someone is doing something different. Also, it isn't too over done. A lot of the import cars in the world look like they could fly (literally), with their big body kits and spoilers. Yours looks clean.

As it is now, won't change much now hopefully. Haven't had any huge issues yet. Hoping to get 240 rwkw, when it's properly tuned and a few more mods are done.

As long as you don't put a "wing" on the back and a "fart burner" on it.

Looks like it's in good shape.......enjoy

    Re: Current Car

I'd just refinish the original wheels, they're expensive Advans. Maybe have them powdercoated black? They're nice, strong, light, forged wheels.

Anyway, nice car. You can get 400whp out of an RB25 without too much work. I imagine you can do 550-600hp before having to do anything to the internals, actually.

R32 sedans are nice rides, treat it well.

    Re: Current Car

I am looking at getting the AVS ( or advans) re powdercoated. They are horrid atm. Bought it like that. Theres some bad gutter rash on them though. Couple of people have told me to go black. I'm really not sure if I'll like that. Don't think i'll really go to far with the power. I have a hi flowed rb25 turbo on it now which when it's running properly. Should give me the 240kw figure. Would probably need a hi mount turbo to get big power out of it. Which I don't want to spend the money on.

The engine has a metal head gasket on it and aftermarket cams, apart from that pretty sure it hasn't been touched, engine wise. It's a daily driver.

Don't worry not going to put a huge wing on it. It does have a fart cannon on it but unlike other cars it actually needs it, the whole exhaust is 3 inches wide from the cat converter back, Being an inline 6 putting out over 200kws atw.

Anyway. Still a GM fan. Just having fun with this atm Have done quite a few skidpan days with it now. Don't want to do anything bad to it or wreck it.

Nice! We never got those great Nissans here in the States.

If it were mine I'd take it back to white, put emblems back on it and pull those fake hood pins off.

The Bonnet pins aren't fake, they're metal covers to cover up the old bonnet pin holes. I will be getting some polished stainless steel covers put on soon. I don't really want to spend 500$ getting them welded up and painted, if I end up needing to put them back on at some point if I end up taking it on the track regularly.

Will keep it the same colour as it already was resprayed at some point. But thx for the comments anyway.

Ah, if they're real then they're cool! I see so many people with the fake stick-on pins that I start to assume. It looks good in that blue as well. Didn't mean to sound derogatory.
