    2006 Pontiac GTO

Its a 2006 with a M6 and has the red interior. Only 123 were made with the 18" wheels.

Its been almost two years since I've bought the car and I've done some stuff to it.

    Mod list:

    Previous owner had this done:
Full exhaust with JBA Euro Stainless axle back
    GMM Ripshift shifter
Tuned at Vengeance Racing in GA
Some stereo stuff that he majorly ****ed up
    Crappy ass tint job

Didnt change a thing about the car on the outside until about three months ago but this is what you are used to.

Here is the dyno of it: 378/385

    I've since done:

    DBA 4000 rotors
    Hawk pads
    BR coilovers
    Whiteline Radius Rod bushings
VMR V710 8.5/9.5X18 (thanks a ton to Chris, yellowstang)
Fixed the stereo for the most part (thanks to Ben!!)

    Plans:

For this summer, I need to get the damn tint fixed. Im tired of the purple cheap ****. Also, going to replace all the bushings in the near future as soon as I get the cash.

I think Im going to end up raising the rear about a 1/4" and lowering the front a tad more but got to let the new stuff settle a little. The stock stuff was so damn worn out it was crazy and you can see the epic 4X4 status in the before pic along with the saggy rear that GTOs are known for.

Go for it, I love rake.

Good choice on tinting/replacing the front side marker lights too. The orange sticks out. Have replaced mine as well.

Well, funny story there. My buddy is a painter and he tinted these but they are WAY too dark. Me, I never use the fogs as fog lights so I dont car and it looks awesome with the silver.

BTW, I tried so hard to find a IBM/blue M6 it isnt funny. I was even willing to fly across country to get one but there were none to be had. Best color combo ever.

Nice GTO. Now that GTOs are legal to import to Canada I am tempted to get one.

I've always junked the OEM bushings and swaybars, in all bar my present Holden. just a seat warmer till next year. When I buy my first new Holden, well more likely demonstrator but we'll see. Always bought 3 or 4 year old models. now I want one no one else has owned.
I'll still junk all the OEM garbage for Nolathane.

Yea, I can't believe the difference the radius rod bushings make. I think that has changed the complete way the car feels to me as a driver.

I have always been a fan of these cars, and yours look to be in quite good condition.
I want a car so violent that the mere thought of full throttle would cause a heart attack. That actually going wide open throttle in would result in nothing less than instant death!

    [borat]Very nice[/borat]

I never changed a thing on my GTO, but I certainly had the "loose" suspension stuff. It made a great driver and there are times I wish I still had it.
