Malibu and Fusion are compacts, not mid size.

Oh brother....Chevy's own website has accolades from other sources:
"First out of 23 Affordable Midsize Cars" 2009
    — U.S. News & World Report's Car Rankings at usnews.com/cars
Chevy goes on about bragging it MPG figures versus Accord and Camry....both considered "midsize" even though technically by EPA's interior volume rating, they clasify it as full-size.

I'm not even going to check Ford's site, I am sure there's lots of evidence to support it being midsize.

The Impala is the mid size. Malibu & Fusion are a compact. This is from the governments own Standard Item Number's for vehicle ordering.

    It's what I do......

    Subcompact-Class I
    Compact-Class II
    Midsize-Class III
    Fullzise-Class IV

Malibu and Fusion are both a Class II.

I just go from one dealer to the next. In this particular case, I was driving a press fleet Sonata at the time, so it's the one that's most directly back-to-back. I'm not eight people, so I can't drive them simultaneously Car and Driver-style.

I do what I can. Sometimes a salesman will give me the time to go out to a good photo spot; often they won't. Sometimes the weather and color of the car is conducive to a good photo, sometimes (black car and harsh sunlight) it's not.

    Eighth place: Honda Accord

    It's a top-seller, it's well-respected, it's typically well-reviewed, and it's in last place?

The Honda Accord, which is wrapping up its third model year in its current form, is pleasant to drive and has lots of passenger space. With more better handling than the Toyota Camry and more room than the Nissan Altima, someone who shops just those three might well find the Accord to be the best balance of practicality with sportiness.

And of those three flawed cars, it is. But in the broader, highly competitive family sedan market, the Accord's virtues don't take it far enough to offset a high price, a noisy ride, some iffy crash test scores and mediocre fuel economy....

Brady, I truly think your opinions on vehicles are just not in keeping with the public. I was initially really annoyed with your reviews until I've realized your approach.

Don't take it as a knock - the reviews are pretty good, I just think they are only useful for a small percentage of people who share your value above all else mindset. I give you respect for being unbiased and consistent in this regard.
