    Holden Commodore Camaro ute

    Holden Commodore SS Camaro ute

Ever wanted a new Camaro but still needed a ute to carry things? An LS1 forum member spotted this sitting outside, looking like it came straight from a paint shop. It’s a VE SS ute with a Camaro front end converted onto it.

Love it or loathe it, apparently this has been a conversion just waiting to happen. The Holden Commodore shares a similar package to the American Chevrolet Camaro, using a similar engine and offering the same sort of muscle car character.

The obvious difference on the new front end is that it is much more aggressive than the Commodore design. We’re not sure though. It looks a bit confused. What do you think?

We Aussies will need to see the shrinks!!!

    Commodore front ends

    G8 front ends

    Camaro front ends

    Where will it all end??

It's a pity the roof line is 'dark' - it may be better than that image offers

Good execution but the original front end is just fine.

Might have presented better if the colour scheme was turned upside down.
