Question HELP with 2010 Equinox Bluetooth issue

When going to connect my iphone to the bluetooth, I went to phone settings and got this message (see pic) NOT AVAILABLE. I was informed that the vehicle DOES have bluetooth connectivity but it constantly give me the NOT AVAILABLE message under phone settings. I dont think the dealer was correct since the steering wheel doesn thave the connectivity buttons. So does the vehicle HAVE bluetooth or not? The sticker said it does....

I aatached links to the steering wheel pic and also the stereo itself

    The window sticker?

If this is an ex-daily rental, the Bluetooth was probably deleted in the fleet package.

if I remember correctly the 2010 equinox does not have Bluetooth. I know our fully loaded October 2009 built LTZ equinox does not have it.
so many GM vehicles in my household my driveway looks like a used car lot

    Hi shanegoettle,

I would be happy to verify this information for you. If you could provide me with your VIN through a private message, I can check the build sheet. Thank you!
