That twin turbo AWD Beretta sounds pretty sweet. I'd like to make one, anyone have an AWD Pontiac 6000 for sale? Lol

Very cool stuff! A lot of innovation in those cars. I bet those Berretta's were a blast to drive!

The Feretta made it out of GM storage to be auctioned off. I have a feeling that the other prototypes were quietly "liberated" by some engineers/managers and are now in various private garages.

Went back and looked at the rest of the cars. That's probably the hottest looking Citation I've ever seen!

I can only imagine what they are playing with now.

Most of these were probably auctioned off a few years ago when the Heritage Collection was thinned. Some things from it were lame, like customized Sunfires, but these were pretty sweet

The only car here I was actually disappointed with was the V12 Caprice. At first glance of the headline I though it may have been used to test a prototype Cadillac V12 engine, but it was just a BMW engine.

Way back when in the 80's I worked for a Chevrolet dealership. Used to hear of some of these cars. For an 80's car the Beretta was actually not a bad car for its time. I had a white Beretta GTU at one time with all the flares and big ass tires on it. For a front drive V6 car it handled pretty good...performance wasn't that bad either...I smoked an Alfa Romeo back then and he didn't know what a Beretta even was.
