    2011 Cruze

Looking for feedback for anyone who purchased a Cruze. How do you like it? Is the ride comfortable for a small car. I'm used to driving an Envoy, just wondering what the ride is like. How is it on long drives as far as comfort? Is the miles per gallon for gas they post accurate in highway and in city? Do you have any positives or negatives about the car? We have moved quite a way from work, 50 miles one way, and need an economical car for Washington, DC traffic.

Thanks for any input you can give.

...go visit a couple forums are read for yourself what owners are saying pro/con:

    CruzeForumZ.com

    CruzeTalk.Com

...I have an LTZ so can only talk about *that* model, the LS and Eco models with manual transmissions are totally different than the automatics, fuel economy-wise!

Rent one over a weekend. Rental car firms at Chicago O'Hare International Airport have an ample supply of Chevy Cruze; I'd expect the same to be true at Washington DC area airports.

Daily rates on weekends are often less than $20, though taxes and ancillary fees can dramatically increase the total outlay. Nonetheless, with coupons it's quite possible to get the overall cost below $75 for a three day rental.
My modes of transportation: CityBus Greater Lafayette, rental cars (usually GM), bicycling, and walking.
"For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them." -Romans 1:18-19 (NKJV)

    I'll second this.

Where in Washington will you be commuting from? I made my DC commutes in a 2005 GTO, FWIW

If I may make a suggestion, I'd avoid Koons in Tysons like the plague (or anything with Koons and their crown on it). I had great experiences at Pohanka in Chantilly. Criswell in Gaithersburg was average.
