    2008 Corvette Z06 rolling chassis

My brain is going crazy with ideas on what I would do with this. How about a super lightweight sports car. I wonder if there are any kits that would fit this?

    From the article:
This 2008 Corvette Z06 rolling chassis is listed as a 13k mile roller complete with dry sump LS7, wiring harness, ECU, transaxle, pedal set and much more listed in the ad. The seller says a crate LS7 alone runs $14k, however a quick check-up on GM’s site shows that price is actually closer to $17k, making this impressive collection of parts a potential bargain if you’ve got the time and skills to put it underneath something cool.

I think a used c6 z06 is in the 30K range last time I checked. Maybe its better to buy a used one and sell the extra parts.

No. Maybe the random, high mileage one, but most are in the upper 40s.

Purchase malaise-era Corvette as these have the great Mako Shark style with gutless motors. A 1975 would be perfect. Combine early body and interior with Z06 driveline and suspension for a Vette that would surprise a lot of people.
