Looks cool, I don't think they quite captured the great design of the ICE Mustang coupe, but still looks good.
I'm liking this better than I originally did with the leaked pictures from the other day. Reveal is tonight if I remember correctly.

Interesting looking. Not a fan of the interior featuring a giant touch screen and little else. When will the industry and people wake up to the obvious fact that touch screens are a distraction in themselves and, due to the lack of tactile feel, require you to take your eyes off the road to do many functions?
I saw a commercial on CNN promoting the reveal tonight.
Drives a 2019 Cadillac ATS Coupe and a 1988 Pontiac Trans Am GTA.
In the past, I've had a 5th gen Camaro, a CTS sedan and coupe, two 3rd gen Firebird Formulas, a convertible 4th gen Trans Am, a Reatta, a couple of Monte Carlos, an Avenger coupe, a couple of Cavalier hatchbacks, a Saturn SC1, and a Cherokee.

Current ride: 2015 Chevy Sonic 1.8L 5sp manual sedan
Previous ride: 1998 Subaru Legacy Wagon AWD 2.2L 5sp manual
Next ride: Maybe a 2020 2.0T CT4, weekend car, keep the Sonic as DD
I just want to see the Licoln version already. This is pretty cool though.
I can't help but wonder if the Blazer had even stronger Camaro cues and debuted as a Camaro EV crossover would it be doing better right now. Then again, knowing GM, it would be FWD based so never mind.

Not sure why the called it a mustang thought, many other names you could have used, at least they are trying!, better than what I can say for GM
IF IT AINT RWD; AND A CHEVY I DONT RIDE IT!!!!!
ALL CHEVY'S NEED TO BE RWD!!!!!
Wonder when the ICE powered Mustang Mach-G will be introduced?

Have Mary and Co been caught napping again, or does GM have something in the ‘near term’ pipeline to counter this? GM had quite a lead on the legacy auto manufacturers, and it looks like they squandered it. I’ll give the Mustang Mach-E an 8 on the exterior and 7 for the interior for a 7.5. However from a sales potential perspective I’ll give it a strong 9.
Wake up GM. The Bolt is very nice, but it’s inoffensive grocery getter looks was never going to sell in huge numbers. A lot of People want sexy cars, and the practical part of the quotient is generally a distant 2nd. The ELR was sexy, the Bolt is matronly. GM needs to Blend the best of Bolt with the ELR’s alluring looks and then they’d be talking.
Btw. How long before someone takes the Mustang Mach-E and paints the ersatz Grille black or dark gray?

I saw one issue right away... a similar one exists on the Buick Encore.
There is this little stick of an armrest and no center console. I hate that.
The odd thing is there appears to be no reason for it.
There is a small storage area with a roll top under the armrest.
It looks like it could've be brought up to the height of the armrest and a pad put on top.
Then you have a big, practical storage console and the passenger has a place to put their arm.
I guess practical just isn't cool enough.
I don't expect to ever own one of these things with the giant touchscreens, but you never know...

My understanding is that the Mach E is unique and no Lincoln version was developed. A second generation of this architecture has been developed for mid sized crossovers for both Ford and Lincoln, expected release is 2022 calendar year. The Gen II architecture is scalable and a lot of technical improvements over Mach E
BEV weighting is interesting, the batteries positioned in the skateboard frame gives a lower center of gravity and more rearward weight distribution so that a lot of learned ICE weight distribution metrics have to be left in the past.I can't help but wonder if the Blazer had even stronger Camaro cues and debuted as a Camaro EV crossover would it be doing better right now. Then again, knowing GM, it would be FWD based so never mind.
I don't mind the exterior, but I'm not a fan of the interior. If Ford knew they were going to make this a Mustang-branded vehicle, they should have given the interior some Mustang visual flair.
