The 2020 Porsche Taycan is hot right now. In fact, it's so hot that we just tested one to 60 mph in 2.4 seconds and through the quarter-mile in 10.47 seconds. Oh, and one reportedly caught fire in Florida.
Little information is known about the incident, however, a video posted to YouTube by user Cop Block shows the burned-out remains of the German brand's electric sedan within the charred confines of a garage. A Porsche spokesperson told Automotive News that the company is "investigating" the matter, while also confirming that "no one was harmed in [the] incident and that it's too early to speculate on the cause until the investigation has concluded.
