Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I'm not seeing any beauty, they'll need to knock another $5k off the price to get me past the looks.

It is at best a generic shape with an ugly face. For a while Hyundai had good designs.

They sure are dead set on that split headlight look. Definitely agree they had a nice run there of some attractive designs. But that's obviously ended here recently.

The same could be said about Chevy... Everything will have it soon!

For sure. Look at how many Chevy Trax's and Buick Encore's you see and they are a lot more expensive.

The base price undercuts the major Asian competition by 15-20%. I'm guessing that's good enough for a lot of folks to look beyond the looks (and whatever else it may be lacking).

Yea, it starts around $2k less than the Trax and has a TON of standard safety features.

Are any of these small CUVs good looking?

It's not ugly, but it's not attractive either.

It'll do well because it's cheap.

Great insurance policy if sales drop too far on their sedans: just sell SUV's under 20 grand.

At that price, how can it feel any better than a tin can to drive? Then again, at that price, they should sell like hotcakes.

I’d test drive one of these, but only because cheap manual tranny cars are disappearing...I’d much prefer an updated Sonic sedan/hatch.
