Is it possible that GM actually has the ability to learn? Have they figured out that pricing is important and people like a nice deal? First the CT5 is 10 grand lower than the car it replaces and now the Vette is $20,000 less than I expected? BTW, the LT2 is the prettiest smallblock since Tuned Port Injection.
Pony Car: an affordable, compact, highly styled car with a sporty or performance-oriented image and an available V8.
Looks like a Vette to me. I wouldn't mistake it for anything else if I saw it coming at me down the road. Love it!
I gave it an 8. I love the way it still looks like a Corvette even with the mid-engine proportions! Interior looks pretty cool too, though I'd have to drive one to see what I think of the square steering wheel.
And a $60k start price - wow! I can't wait to read about the performance stats, I think a lot of high priced Euro's will be shamed!
Solid 8. Have to see the front end in person. Profile and rear are very nice.
I gave it a 7 but I'm giving GM a 9 because they're also building it in RHD
for Holden in Australia but also perhaps Chevrolet in UK....
I love it.
I love it.
I love it.
I gave it a 9. A few minor details I would tweak but still very impressive with the design you can still tell it's a Corvette I was afraid with it moving to mid engine it would not fit. My biggest gripe is that weird stack of buttons on the interior but exterior is very well done. The 60k price point is freakin awesome too was NOT expecting this to come in around that price point.

Easy 9 out of 10. Very excited to see it and hear it and perhaps drive it. Fantastic job!.
I better see these ****ers all over the place.
There is going to be alot of sleepless nights ahead for me trying to figure out how to get one..
Where do I put the stroller?...(don't care)
How am I going to pay for it?...(don't care)
Where is the rest of the family going to sit? (I'll buy a used Pontiac Montana for them to follow me in..if they can keep up)
Chevy/GM they did this!!!
