The 2006 Toyota Sienna receives updated styling with a redesigned front fascia, grille, headlights, fog lights redesigned rear lamp clusters. A power-folding third-row seat is available for the Limited models and the park-assist sensors are now color-keyed to the vehicle. Optitron gauges are featured in the LE, XLE and Limited trims and the mirrors on the Limited are now power folding with integrated puddle lamps and turn signals. . Three new colors are available: Dark Gray Metallic, Pistachio Metallic and Dark Blue Mica.
It seems like they'd make it more sportier or aggresive looking since the launch of GM's CSVs. But then again the CSVs arent much of a competition with the Sienna.
Can't say I like this front more then the old version....it looks pulled too far back, kinda dispraportionate to the rest of the body, looks like it falls in line now with the headlighrs of the solara...
Speaking of which, Toyota seems split over grille designs. Their trucks, SUVs and minivans have exact or similar takes on the admittedly clumsy three-slot theme while few, if any of the cars match. Many are due for replacement, but the Toyota family has gone from appearing obviously related to being all over the place...
