I think it's hott. I love the styling, not so much the grille, but it's cool. The interior I believe is going to the the new interior of the new Civic that is going to be sold here.
But it's a hott car.
yay!!! the focus, astra, cobalt, and next-gen sentra will all see a massive rise in sales if all the civics look this ugly. thought it's about time someone quad-couped a hatch...
Coming soon . . . the all-new '06 Civic, where ugly meets a mercury light bar from 1992. The exterior design might grow on me, but right now it seems like an older car trying to be futuristic. I am not sure how well the dash is laid out, it looks like it would be difficult for the driver to reach some of the buttons.
Credit where credit is due.
The is a marketplace bulls-eye.
If you don't like this design, I am willing to bet you are north of 40 years of age.
I keep looking at the car and I like the exterior more than when I first looked at it, but the interior is still bad.
I'd have to see one person to make a decision on it. From the front it looks good. The rear is too sloped for my liking, and the interior looks to far spaced out. Like TiburonJT said, I think there will be problems with reaching some buttons.
By the way I'm 24 and I kinda like the car but not really. Good job on the front but the rest....I don't know.
The interior really looks more like a concept than production version.
this is why I hate forward design for hte sake of forward design. This is trying so hard to be futuristic and edgy, that it has completely failed and overdone itself. sorry but Egg+catfish does not equal greatness.
well, i'm a 19 year old male in college who likes imports and domesitcs equally.... and i hate this design... well, other than the idea of a quad-coupe hatch (cough... astra based ion hatch... cough).Originally Posted by Perian

I'm a big fan of futuristic looking cars and trucks. This one looks like something right out of the not-too-distant future. The back-end styling is unfortunate, however. And is Mercury going to get design royalties for the front light scheme? (I acutually always liked that element).
Well I guess Honda accomplished its mission. hehehe
OF TURNING ITS ENTIRE BRIGADE INTO HIDEIOUS NEW AGE CRAP!
Wow, that's hideous.
God Bless the Blue Bullet.
