    New European Civic

    Just pulled these from Aeriostyle:

Exterior is ugly....but I love the Interior.

    But overall it's nice..........

It this is anything like the production version, I take one! It's a great improvement over the previous model.

Is it me, or do you think this thing will do bad in frontal crashes?

Seeing as how I can't see the underlying structure of the car, I can't really comment on the crash test abilities of this Civic. Is it made of cardboard?

Looks... different. Not my cup of tea, but it'll turn a few heads. Reminds me a bit of the last-gen Mazda 323... which probably isn't a really good thing.

I like it's stoutness, but you can tell it's concept because of the exotic exhaust outlets, so all the neat bits won't stay with the car. :[ Overall I like the details and proportions.

    Re: New European Civic

I Personally see, this car as a potential threat to the Vauxhall Astra sales.

People do like these, "either you like or either you hate it" looking cars.

Just remember, the Ford Focus Hatchback, was the best selling car in Britain, and let's face it:

The Focus, never really was and still isn't everyone's cup of tea.

So, the new Honda Civic is also the same case as the Ford. I have to say: I like the looks of it. It really is an improvement over the current model.

The new one, looks bold and it has some nice styling cues, such as the rear door handles inspired on the Alfa-Romeo 156.

I Really like the Interior - Very Futuristic and Stylish.

The engine choices, will be a 1.4 83 Bhp, 1.8 16V VTEC 140 Bhp - both Petrol engines.

There will be a 2.2 VTEC Turbodiesel 140 Bhp and a Hybrid version with a 115 Bhp engine.

So, a Marmite looking car, supposed to be cool or different, Well built, Reliable and equipped with good engines, that's a quite neat package.

Thing is: Will it be exciting as its specs suggests?

Even so, this car will be tough competitor against its rivals, Ford, Vauxhall and Volkswagen should watch out!

They think it's cool and so do the buyers of Citroen C4 and Renault Espace.

Those are some friggin' huuge quad coupe doors. Look like they need their own handles. And no Altezza-like taillights?
