Well, I don't want to hear from the import folks that Chevrolet took the "easy way out" with the Impala. Toyota did that- to an even greater extent. Its still boring.
The Fusion (or even G6) may have an even better chance at making it into the top-2 best-selling spots after all!
This is not new..its the asian Camry
beat me to it, i bet yah that guy that posted it on the site is gunna feel stupidOriginally Posted by areami810
He should. A flaccid redesign like that would be the literal equivalent of dropping the soap; the Accord and Impala would give the Camry and its six year reign the shaft. And not to be arrogant, but it'd be inconceivable for a half-ass job like this to precede the 2006 Avalon.Originally Posted by gm_scott
Toyota forum folk seem to by holding to the story that the pics allegedly taken at a Toyota presentation a few months ago are still what one should expect from the Camry...

Autospies (or Autolies are they are more popularly called) is notorious for providing outright wrong and inaccurate information. I (and many other people) don't consider them to be a reliable source.
I know I feel so stupid! Who would have thought that a USA site that said 'new Camry' woudn't be the new Camry? Scuse me for not being up to the minute with all the international markets. Don't be a ****************.Originally Posted by gm_scott

Yeah, don't be so tense, surf. Lol.
Who is among the many needing to have his or her press pass shredded. How anyone could believe that to be the 2007 Camry is beyond me. It's almost as funny as getting more accurate Toyota news on a GM forum... :pOriginally Posted by Infiniti Z350

Nsap and surferdude00711, I don't know how you would think that the photo of that camry would be the new one. Even after the spy photos that were posted in this sub-forum.
I have to chuckle at Nsap's response.

Is the engine in this one going to have a sludge build up also? Or will it be the side airbags not inflating?
Will the Fusion have the Cruise Control switch that started fires? Or will it have the defective Firestone tires?Originally Posted by 460ford
