Need a second opinion - if to purchase.

A family member currently has a 2004 Toyota Sienna with 70k miles that they bought two years ago for $8000.
They have an opportunity to buy a 2009 Toyota Sienna for $8750 with just under 100k.
Wanted a second opinion if it's worth buying the 2009 and selling the 2004 or to just keep the 2004.
    Thanks for you'r help.

Hard to say..I'd probably just keep the one they own...as long as its trouble free.

Don't really know Toyota Siena models that well but I hear toyotas are relatively good cars and minivans...

Toyota forums might be a better place to get insight on each of the model year differences for toyotas.

Toadyotazz all suxxz!!! Buy a new Equinoxxz!! GM FoReVeR!

A used car with 100K on it is always risky. It's been a while since I shopped that market. As others say, check some Toyota boards.

    Good luck.

if it was 100,000 kilometres I would say go for it but 100,000 miles I would steer clear and stick with what they have.
