    Hyundai is weird

The 2015 Sonata has a heated steering wheel and heated rear seats (of course, amongst a million other options).
The 2015 Genesis has no heated steering wheel and ONLY has heated rear seats with the V6 AWD model. No, you cannot get heated rear seats with a 5.0 liter V8 and every option checked off (even Ultimate package).

    Laugh away...

Probably something to do with costs? I'm with Engelman, who cares?

Sonata is the first year of a new generation, and the Genesis isn't?

hyundaiusa.com indicates AWD V-6s to offer a heated steering wheel. Odd that you can't do heated rear seats on any RWD version though, which I assume is due to most RWD models being sold in warmer states with buyers who don't care?

Yeah, they do things far weirder. Like build a lugggg-zooo-reee coupe with no heated nuffin and no s'n'oof but with a super giant MSRP sticker. Crazy, huh?

I brought this up because I criticize GM whenever I see something I don't like and I'm only being fair by doing it to the brand for which I own a product.

No. Both the Genesis and Sonata are a new generation for 2015.

Yeah, I guess they feel people down south won't want a heated steering wheel. I'm all about options so I'm disappointed.

No, but they're "pretty darn good" - like Cadillac.

Of course, who wouldn't? The K900 is Kia's Hyundai Equus competitor - which is one level over a Genesis.

No. Both the Genesis and Sonata are a new generation for 2015.
You have a 2015 Genesis? - Have we saw it yet?

Well it must have to do with limiting the number of options/packages/combinations for the Gensis, which is a much lower volume car than the Sonata.
