That is hot! For some reason, it reminds me of the XLR, think its the back end.

While I do not desire to be critical, I would like to point out what struck me as rather odd - and this may be that I am not a convertible aficionado. The trunk area does not seem to fit the 2+2 design scheme. Is this supposed to be chopped to fit the Cadillac line as a roadster and deviate completely from the coupe design as is the Camaro heritage?

This would be the only question I have - Otherwise it looks excellent. You (and quite a few others on this forum) have an enviable talent especially for having "whipped it up".
I will make the most of today for I am trading a day of my life for it.

haha, yes, i whip that quite often. i felt doing a 2+2 arrangment would take away from teh design, not to mention i wouldn't be able to use those cool rounded things .

Re: yet another camaro for the week

the side vent wasn't that hard heals, i'll try to be as descitpive as possible w/o pics:
    1. copy/paste...make the vent it's own layer
    2. erase around the actual vent (not the rockers, just vent)
    3. airbrush or smudge the vehicle's current rockers to under the vent
---if there aren't any, i guess make some or copy/paste those too
    4. don't even bother with the color, just render it with a gradient and add reflections as they are on the side of the car
    5. deal with the door line so it looks more realistic
    6. blend the edges of the vent just enough so that it doesn't just look pasted on (the top, bottom, and by the wheel)
    ----------------------------------
hope this'll help with your vent adventures

    I see too much Corvette.
Sorry China, we'll buy your disposable electronics and lead coated toys, but when we Americans want a cheap car with horrible quality, we get a Chrysler.

well, the guys who worked on the C6 designed the camaro, maybe that's really showing now that i made the whole car a bit slanted (in the direction of '\')
