I especially liked your photo on the flickr page of the illuminated gauge. Keep up the good work. That VW looks almost identical to the 08 Chevy Malibu.

That yellow Pontiac looks like a rebadged Chevy Impala. That version of Pontiac was called Parisienne here, but the tail lights were different. I wonder why they'd use the chevy lights and call it a Pontiac. The same was done witth he Pontiac Trans Sport overseas, thye used the Oldsmobile Silouette front end, but stuck a Pontiac badge on it, when there was a distinct Pontiac version sold in North America.

I will be brutal for a moment.
Make sure to polish the emblems when doing very closes ups.
The Pontiac would be a great picture if the sky was blue that day.
I like my cars level in the pictures.
I know it is hard to take pictures at a car shows and get great shots.
I don't think trees should be growing out of the top of cars, and don't put the horizon in the middle of the picture.

Now with that all being said. You take B+ to A- pictures, but I think you can do better. There is a book called Understanding Exposure by Bryan Peterson. I learned a lot by reading it. I still have a lot to learn, but I love to practice.

BTW, what kind of camera are you using?

lol, I said the same thing and people almost bit my head off because I was an "import troll". The same VW Passat could be had in 2005 for the record.

Nice photos Omar! Got an Armada shots?

Very good choice of car, first of all. Any pics?

You also obviously enjoy photography. The Jetta pics (both of the car and the badge) are the best IMHO - focus on the actual photography, not after effects. I believe there was some really useful and honest advice posted above, so I'd follow it, even if the posters weren't overly complimentary.

I do believe you have the talent, so just keep on photographing!
