Isn't this too close in size/performance/everything to the Vue?

Saturn has it's place as the economy import fighter. If Saturn starts making larger cars, and expanding their model lineup too much, they will infringe on Chevrolet's market. Too much overlap is what killed Oldsmobile, Plymouth and soon to be Mercury.
GM has enough models and enough divisions that they don't need as much repetition as they seem to be making.

If they based a Saturn off of the SRX, but wouldnt do it for the Saab, I will be very angry. I can't imagine another car being built at the plant anyway, so lets hope its going to built off of the Lambda.
