    Photoshop Programs

Does anybody know of any good, possibly even free, photoshop programs? Also, does anybody know of any lessons on photoshopping?

    Nothing in life is free.

But you can download a 30 day trial version of almost all Adobe Products.

There are tons of sites that give photoshop tutorials. Then just practice practice practice

    Re: Photoshop Programs

Like FordRules said, the program is called Gimp. It's free, easy to use, and has all the good functions that you would want to have.

I haven't used GIMP, but have heard good things. Paint.net is also free and pretty good.

    Re: Photoshop Programs

I have used both PhotoShop CS2 and The Gimp, although I've found the latter to be a bit more cumbersome in button layout. The menus are complex, although Photoshop's are too. In any case, both programs are comparable in creating great images, although I would lean with PS as being easier to use (for me, anyway).

Well GIMP is free, I think. So that evens it all out...haha.

    Re: Photoshop Programs

You could download PhotoShop 7.0 if you were into that kind of thing.

It doesn't have all of the features of CS2 but it lets you do enough to do chops of cars/photo editing.
