um...where do you live, in the world? judging by the names you gave your olds's and the headlamp designs i'd think somewhere in europe...

the designs are interesting, but i swear i've seen that excact same chop before, in a contest here (or possibly over at C/G).

They certainly are derivative of each other. Can you have 2 cars with different headlights as 2 different models. Fits in line with GMs budget cutbacks.

I am in Dallas, Texas, and have been a Texan all of my life. I am relatively new to the forum...having entered a few contest entries...but never these exact two. I like working with the same platforms because I think being able to interchange with sheetmetal options keeps costs down. GM has been doing it for years..I think. I certainly hope there is not an issue with using the same or modified platform on entries. I certainly want to abide by all rules here.

dare these 'from scratch' renders? cuz the headlights don't look c/p, nice work. the grille on the first one's kinda wierd, but it's your chop, so... also, the first one has no doors, i think that would make it hard to drive.

I like the last one better. Not liking the headlights on the first one. Emblem is too much like the Volcom Stone.

By the time this car would make production we will have atomic transfer relocation technology...we won.t need doors! Just Josh'n around..but seriously your comment made me laugh...cuz you're right. Can I still fix that?

Re: Oldsmobile - Vetrone and Baliz

I was thinking the Vetrone would be based on a platform equivilent to...say...as seven-series B'mer and is a four door sedan. The Baliz is a two-door coupe. I am working on other views but haven't married the ideas together yet.

I'd try doing more of chops instead of paint jobs. =]
