MEAN!!!!!!, thats all I can say, cant wait until the 13th, or 16th...
IF IT AINT RWD; AND A CHEVY I DONT RIDE IT!!!!!
ALL CHEVY'S NEED TO BE RWD!!!!!
I can't wait until I graduate. Picking a SS-V badboy up straight away!
Sadly, this is the swan song for the Commodore too. The Commodore will be ending production in 2016. They will be switching to 4cyl cars instead. The New GM is the same as the Old GM.
2003 GMC Envoy SLE
2007 Ford F-150 XL SuperCab (State-issued)
2014 Dodge Charger Pursuit (State-issued)
All Holden have said is that they will be making a car alongside the Cruze which will ride on a Global GM platform and it will wear the Commodore name. The two most likely options are that:
1. It'll be a true Commodore riding on Alpha and using the same drive trains as the CTS and ATS.
2. It'll be a FWD POS riding on the Epsilon II platform most likely with a slew of 4 cyl engines, and simply using the Commodore name as a marketing tool.
I think I know which one we'd all prefer.

Awesome renders. You can't do a version in the new Fantale Orange can you? On the VEII I just don't dig the colour, maybe it'll look different on VF
Do Aussies like understated cars (I don't mean this as an insult, just asking)? While I like the strong, masculine looks of this car, overall it has a blandness, especially the front clip. Cover up the badge and I couldn't tell you who makes this.
As always, nice job MonarroSS!

The top grille in the SS seems like an afterthought.
God... I hope that is what it will look like.. Out it is awesome
Great chops as alway thanks!!!!
Just noticed that you left the mirror paint the same color in each picture. Looks a little weird that way.
"The car's brilliant and ... a great surprise, pleasant surprise for all Corvette lovers everywhere ... a huge shock to our competitors ... because I don't think anybody was expecting something that good. What pleases me the most about it was that ... I can say this is the first car that's come out, that was done since I left.

First, another excellent effort, MonaroSS.
If the 2016 year is the last that means the SS will only have a three year run as the NASCAR shell. Interesting.

Great job on the renders! As for the car, I've got to see it in person. The interior and tail look great, the front looks merely OK, but the side especially the glass shape looks decades old. The side windows were the one styling element that fell flat on the G8 for me and that hasn't changed a bit. It may not be enough to keep me from buying the Chevy as long as the price is right. If they gouge on it, I'm buying a Dodge Charger RT, maybe with AWD.
Buy American. Buy Ford. So say we all!
