    new subie baja

The rear door windows would roll down and the roof and back window would slide forward like a sunroof to seal up against the B pillar or on the wagon the C and D pillars would move together and convert to the coupe. http://forums.gminsidenews.com/attac...ntid=914&stc=1

Isn't Subaru a GM partner/subsidiary? If so, I would think his idea (an interesting one, BTW) is a valid entry.

The door handle is supposed to be there because when the roof is slid back to the middle of the bed the rear doors operate.

Then what about the B pillar?
I like your design, but I think that those rear handles are useless.

Theres no reason why it cant be a subaru. I like the top right one but you should have done something about the rear door, it seems disfunctional.

I think the Baja is TONS uglier than the Aztek.
    And the chop doesn't help...

The Baja is the same design as the 1999-2004 Outback and Legacy, they are not ugly.

I like the idae of the glass sliding down is good but I don't think Subaru is going to make another baja, almost none have been sold.

Sorry, but I personally think that the Aztek is the uglier car ever.
I even think that use the Aztek name on that car was an insult for that ancient civilization!

The Aztek's design has actually grown on me in the last year or so. Body-coloring the moulding, it made a world of difference. The only thing I don't like is the name: (1) It has no meaning to the Pontiac line and (2) Either spell it right (Aztec), make it obvious why you're not (Aztek never pushed the envelope of TECH-nology), or (3) Spell it correctly (Aztec)!

    Re: new subie baja

I think the rear door's idea is very neat, I'd imagine it would be fun to ride in the backseat with the roof open all the way.
