    New Stuff!

Well, I started messing around with how I do these. This was done in Illustrator, but then had to be converted to jpeg in Photoshop, as the this board's software won't support the size of the PDF files that I'd be posting straight out of Illustrator.

Anyways, here it is...I kind of like the quality of the overlapping colors over the sketch better, but I'm pleased with myself that I was able to pull it off.

I agree on the fender...too sharp.

What don't you like about the windows?

I tried to keep the colors the same for my own sanity on this...just one less thing to worry about.

Keep in mind these aren't the same original drawings either. Diff. angles too.

While I prefer the second as well, what are you all seeing that you DON'T prefer the first. What's missing?

I still like the original better, but your work is pretty good.

ok I'm still goin with the new one it's not meant to take place of the original it's for a cleaner cut for more what the car would actually look like...I don't know about you but I don't think that actual cars would include scetched shading in their paint schemes...just my opinion

Avarno: Theres nothing really wrong with the pillar, but I just think that the C looks really big compared to the b. but its a really great design, and its probably just the angle now that i think about it.

    Re: New Stuff!

I like the second one better too. I like the first one, but the reason I don't like it as much (dare I say this) is that it looks too animated. It looks like it's computer generated though we know it's your art, it just came out that way. I hope I'm not coming across like a real jerkface but I think that's why the second one is preferred.
