THE MERGER...Volvo and GM produce the safest cars in the world!

    Volvo and....
A...merica merge to produce the Ray, the safest vehicle in the world with bi-lateral support posts built into the door infrastructure with recedable glass panels and 400 hp, with inter-cooled 6.0 litre forged heads and pistons in ceramic cylinder barrels with electro-magnetically charge points of ignition...much like circuit board for maximum fire potential. The snouts are ram-air through-and through.
The iVEC-GT Sports Coupe offers four-wheel drive.

I don't like the design much, but its one of your "better" quality designs.

Actually, I think it does look Volvoish. I like the unique roof supports. Maybe they should be semi-transparent like those A-pillar concepts they were touting a few years back. And further define the door, I am curious on how it opens. Maybe make th erear a tad more Volvo too with your interpretation of where thier current rear end design language may go.

I think it is a nice start.

I like that idea of some element of transparency. My thought is the door encompasses both pillars and the rear (of the two pillars) defines the back door edge. The door would have two separate retractable windows that operate in an overlapping fashion when concealed in the door panel. The rear passenger window would also retract. I am working on other views and perspectives and certainly would appreciate everyone's critiques.
