    A.J. Redefines his DTS.

It may seem like overkill to start a new thread for this design. But, I really wanted to showcase my redrawn DTS exterior...it being the star of the show.

My original DTS design was a mix of CTS design language and Coonverj concept design language. The result was a striking design - made even more so by MonaroSS and his rendering. However, there were obvious flaws in my design - the overall length was too short, the rear overhang was misshapen, and the side vent was tacky.

Fast forward to today, a month later. The entire design has been reworked. All Converj design cues are gone. They are replaced with cues from the XTS Platinum concept. The result is a design that is just as striking, but easier on the eyes.

Other notable changes are a longer wheelbase, longer overall length, longer dash-to-axle ratio, and most important of all - normal-sized door handles! I didn't lengten the car too much to save room for a possible DTS-L.

A note to all design contest participants - if I pound you with penalties or point out that you can't enter one of your designs, please do not think that this is a personal bash on you as a designer. I am merely enforcing the rules that I have set down.

I don't comment much on drawings/chops, though I've followed many in my years here. You've really showed great progression. Good job.
