    Icono Cosmos Press Release

    Icono Cosmos: The standard of your Life
    Iagei AG
    introduces its new C-segment small SUV. It is already getting rave first drive reviews from magazines such as 4 car and Consumer Reports.


    Gorgeous Exterior
    and Interior

    The All-New Icono Cosmos is stunning. Its sleek and chiseled lines are very modern. It is the equivalent of a fashion item; is bests the competition.
    Inside, sit down and relax to over 10 choices for seat color and material, ranging from EV-friendly cloth, to full-grain leather. Turn on the 200-watt stereo system, standard on Cosmos CXE. When you sit in the rear seat, notice the rear legroom, that bests the Montgomery Horizon, Honda CR-V and the Chevrolet Equinox.
    Your Engines Choices

    The Bottom of the range is a 1.8L I-4 producing 148 HP. The other option is a 1.9L Diesel Engine Producing 100HP. The higher end 2.8L V6 produces 213HP and is standard on model grade Elegance. All engines come equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission, and as a no cost option, a newly developed CVT, or a conventional 5-speed automatic. A manumatic 6- speed transmission shared with the Icono Aviz, is available on the Elegance and Grace, as a $700 option.
    As Safe as Can Be
    The Cosmos gets 5 stars for the front impact crash test at NHTSA and 5 for the side and rear crash tests. ABS is standard on both FWD and AWD models. Dual front airbags, along with head curtain airbags covering both rows of seating. Traction control is a no-cost option.
    Cheap to Run AND Own
    The Icono Cosmos prices go as follows;
    CX: $14,550 (1.8L)
    CXE: $15,990 (2.7L)
    Grace: $17,450 (1.8L)
    Elegance: $19,250 (2.7L)
    Di: $16,150 (1.9L Diesel)
    The 1.8L is rated at 28 city/34 Highway
    The 1.9L Diesel has yet to be rated by the EPA
    The 2.8L achieves 24 City/ 29 Highway.

    HEY! I hadn't noticed that. But this one ceratinly looks better to my eyes than the Megane's.
