    GM's LS-derived V10 (photoshop)

I got a hold of a few V8 pictures, namely LS1/LS6/LS2 ones, and basically stretched them out to make this V10. This is my first Photoshop chop for GMI. Is this what's being proposed for use in the STS, XLR, ULS project, and the Escalade? What else in GM's stable could make use of this V10?

Dude edit youe post and say you got it from a friend at GM powertrain and I bet you can get it into one of the magazines pretty darn quick.
After you make the changes I will change mine to confirm it.

    This would be REALLY fun.

Nope, I did the chop myself. I can show you a pic of the LS2 I used for the photoshop chop, albeit a bigger one.

    CTS-V gets LS2 for 2006

There is your proof that I didn't crib the V10 from somewhere in GM's archives

Will do. Here y'all go, an Gen IV LS-derived V12.

Though I doubt it'll quite compare to the XV12 in refineness, in my opinion. It'll be lighter and produce 600hp and 600lbs torque if you go by LS2 numbers.

I was wondering the same thing. Maybe its a new type of engine that runs off of it's own exhaust? But great chop anyway.

NIce chop Viper, I've only been able to take a look at it. GM is planning a V-10 right? I bet your chop is a pretty accurate rendition of what's to come. Great job! Keep it up!

Many thanks. I too thought this would be pretty close to what an LS-derived V10 would look like.
