Just looks like an modified HHR. Don't see anything new designwise.

Wow Rex, you'd think that since you are an administrator you would have a little bit more tact about you?

Anyway, yes it does look like an HHR, but maybe you could stretch it out a bit, change the wheels to something less sporty. Also raise the ride hieght a bit. Its a work in progress.

hey, ya know what..that is a nice look. it is less retro than the current HHR..hmmm. Rex cannot spell that word, don't sweat it. Fix the grille, clean it up and your cool.

They don't pay me for tact. I call it like I see it. As alluded to before, I'm the Simon Cowell of chop contests. I have no problem with the chop. I have a problem with the design. This IS a design contest. There should be something a) original and b) van-like to it. It just looks like an HHR with sliding doors, which I can't possible see as functional. If it was a chop contest, I'd give kudos. But it's a design contest first and foremost.

    Re: Gmc Minivan?!?!?!?

I stick by my original comment. And I really don't see anything wrong with what I said. I didn't say "it sucks". I just said there's really nothing new design-wise.

I don't know if theres enough done to this at all. Door slider, grille, rims are still Chev, and background needs some serious help. Its a start with alot left to be done.

    Re: Gmc Minivan?!?!?!?

hey Thanks For the Comments, i know this is only a rough draft tomorrow i will be making it better, just realized i forgot to remove a headlight... I might try to take some elements from a GMC concept. The grille isn't an hhr's is the Yukon Denali's just smaller. Thanks again i'll try to improve and make a little more "original"...

im with rex, its just a modified HHR. it needs more to be a minivan. i know because i tried, and it ended up looking like an SUV.

    Re: Gmc Minivan?!?!?!?

The design is too close to the original HHR to separate it as its own design/chop.

I agree with Rex. I think the HHR is a bad choice for chops, perhaps because of its distinctive design. All the chops I've seen that use the HHR are either too much like the HHR or look odd.
