The front's too long and slopes down too much. Try shortening it.

I like the idea. You can't do much 'styling' with an ambulance body but you certainly can play with the cab. A minor thing to look at would be making the hood taller somehow. I have yet to see a turbodiesel that could fit into a hood like that. Keep playing with it!
can you try and change your hoods? they all dip down into the center, but other than that i like it
first one is good, second one is better.

i remember when i was 10 yrs old, the 'new' style chevy van had just come out. it was an instant hit (1970)
my dad was a doctor, he got emergency room magazines showing the latest ER technology.
there was an ad for a 1970 chevy van that was widened by an aftermarket//specialty company. they widened the whole van , including grille area etc, not like they do now with a wider back end on a stock width front.
BUT THEY LEFT THE TRACK THE NORMAL WIDTH.
very ugly, it looked like a tiptoeing hippopotamus
can you imagine how much work it took to widen the whole van?
sorry for the sidetrack, thought some of you might want to hear some obscure ambulance history from a 48 yr old.
