My first Photoshops didn't look that good, that's for sure. I really like the idea of a unibody SUV that size with real off-road capability, but I think the Equinox looks too car-like to really make it work. The Hx-style rear greenhouse area is a good idea too.

Ok, and I like the name too. Did you name it after the mountain, as a mini-K5, or both?

Started out as a mini-K5...but really named after both.

I kinda like it tho it could use some cleaning up. It would be nice to see GM get back in the off road capable segment either as a chevy or a gmc.
I'm sorry, if you were right, I'd agree with you.

when i opened this thread I had no idea what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I like it. I think it could work. The original Equinox is practical and nice looking, but it can do nothing different then a car. Offering a model such as this would be nice, give it some credibility as a real SUV, and make a nice design available for more people.

I would say GMC. It would help differentiate it from Chevy.

    Chevy-bread & butter.
    GMC- steak!

    !!!!
IF It's A Chevrolet & RWD, Don't ride in it!!!

ALL Chevy's NEED to be FWD/F-AWD!!!

    If it's a Toyota/Lexus/Scion, Don't ride in/drive it!!

Yeah, but I don't want to off-road in a $35,000 truck or SUV. I wish Chevy would make something Spartan and capable.

    Maybe they will.
After all, Chevy is GM's appliance brand.

It looks good! As a little tip though, save the image as a .PNG image. It would make the background have more gradual shading instead of the wall of different colors. I always use PNG for that reason. It makes the chop look better.
