    Custom Pickup

It's been a while since I have posted anything here, so here is a quick sketch I did of what I think would be a really quick, powerful yet practical midsized pickup. let me know what you think, I may refine the design into a more detailed drawing.

Not to go too quickly here because the current truck hasn't even been released, but maybe a next generation Silverado SS?

Looks a little to Toyota Tundra-ish to me. I hate foreign trucks.

    Re: Custom Pickup

I agree with the one comment to make it look a little more GM (Chevy or GMC) but I really like your design, it looks awesome. I'd really like to see a refined drawing as you mentioned, just to sharpen the lines up. Great work though, keep 'em coming!

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. I'll be sure to Chevy-it-up for any future drawings.

Nice. I like the idea of a hardtop truck, though the place where the front fender bulge and headlight meets looks a little off.

    Re: Custom Pickup

Well yes, I noticed that, but it was just a quick sketch after all.

In an attempt to make the truck look more like a Chevy, I did a slight modification to the front, and also added come color just for fun:

I also did some experimentation with location of the bowtie. Opinions?

    Re: Custom Pickup

Looks pretty good, the bowtie on the grille looks the best. I like it in color too.

What did you use for your render? It looks excelent! I agree with rmodys that the bowtie looks best in the grille.
