    Thank you, everybody, for your votes. There were some great entries this week.

    Botsapper, your chop was amazing, loved the setting and color.

    and Camaro Freak, did you guess right? You said you had figured out who entry "E" was..... What tipped you off?

    Thanks again!

    ... another immaculate chop that's why. Great job! Prova, my eye sees alot of beach pics in your photo library for your bkgrds (hey, I even used your palm trees!) and your choice color temp has a signature chilly cool blue hue, if there's a pattern there and Cam, I don't care what anybody says I likes yur vehicels.

    yes I did! You do some sort of sharpen filter or some effect that really makes the car look crisp... I just sort of noticed over the last few contests. I won't ask your secret but you definitely have a "trademark" I can see

    Re: Contest #41: Results and Discussion!

    I'm not trying to be mean, just critical. Besides, you ASKED for feedback.

    H: The background change is bad. The car doesn't look like it belongs there, it looks like it was added. Especially the back wheel. The shadow under the car just doesn't work in that situation. The smoke in front of the car, although original, takes away (blocks) the image. Your choice of font for the text isn't all that great either. As for the car itself, a conversion to pickup truck isn't original. Almost every new chopper does that conversion. Since we've all seen it before, we tend not to vote for it. As stated in the rules ORIGINALITY is important. If you look through the car, you can still see that there are 2 doors on the passenger side. You need to just spend more time on the details.

    O - The first thing that caught me was the HUGE door, and stretched looking door handle. It was just way too big to be taken seriously. a 2 door conversion could have worked, but the door shouldn't have extended the entire wheel base (Even if you meant for the car to be significantly smaller than the VUE).
    There are many blurry items. The wheels (especially the rear) don't alligned properly. Then the fact that it does look like an 80's Honda Civic wil certainly cost you some votes on a GM website.

    Re: Contest #41: Results and Discussion!

    well for you bugatti, you car looks like it was just stuck in there, it doesnt seem to fit in the background, something makes it look like its not really there. and there wasnt enough changed about the car

    and for you 80ssporlover the quality wasnt bad but the wheels look like there leaning a ton and that door is huge, and again i dont enough was changed.

    also there are several very good choices and so if your entry is only decent, dont expect many votes.

    a tip, dont rush use all the time you can so that you can do more things, alot of times for the first few days i dont have any radical changes, but then one will just come to me halfway through the week. even when i think im done, i usualy wait till the last night before sending my entry in.

    im not trying be mean or anything, just trying to help.

    :::::EDIT:::::
    just so you know, i was writing this as rex was posting so i didnt mean to copy him or anthing.

    I can understand some of your arguments but in all honesty alot of two door cars have large doors. I mean come on thats a fact. Dont park next to a coupe cuz they'll hit you. Not only that but I did my best to make it look smaller by enlarging the doorhandle.
