    Contest #40: Magazine!

This week's contest will be a little different.

There is no ORIGINAL picture to modify. This one relies totally on your creativity.

You have to make the cover of a new car magazine.
You can call it whatever you want, and put whatever you want on the cover.

But it should (obviously) be GM based in one way or another

The magazine can be serious or silly.

You are showing off your creativity and your chopping skills.

Only 1 entry per person, and NO revisions. Once you've entered, that's your entry.

As always, DO NOT post your images here in this thread. Instead, E-mail them to: [email protected]. Please do not write your name anywhere in your picture.

In your e-mail (but not your picture) please include your user name.

You have until THURSDAY at Midnight to submit your entries, so there is no need to rush right away. Quality takes time. Voting will start on FRIDAY.

If you have questions, don't hesitate to contact me in this thread or by PM.

Magazine covers should be no larger than 800wide x 1024tall

I would think you could probably do either a fake mag or an existing entity. Input, Rex?

The idea of the contest is creativity.
You can use an existing magazine if you want, but that's not very creative, is it?

    The votes will decide.

Does anyone else think there will be a lot of 'GM Weekleys' submitted?

Kostby: Not sure why you have an attitude about this.
1 entry in a seperate contest does not mean that we are repeating themes.

You are not the only person to ever make a magazine cover.

I didn't think of your entry at all when I came up with the theme of this contest. And if I did, (which I didn't) you should be flattered, not annoyed.

    Re: Contest #40: Magazine!

Well, normally since the chop contest involves using the original provided image, that makes it difficult to reuse an entry from a prior contest.

However, in this case, where free reign is permitted, then yes, I suppose you could reuse an entry from a different contest.

Before doing that though, you have to think, will your 6th place Caddy entry win you first place here? And wouldn't it be more fun to do an all-new chop?

Kotsby...if You Dont Like It Then Just Dont Eneter The **************** Contest?
And Why Would You Use The Same Entry From Another Contest...doesnt That Give Your Competition A Sneak Peak Of What Your Capable Of doing In This Contest...duh.

I Dont Mean To Be Harsh But C'mon...its The Truth.

Is chopping a necessity, or is it okay if its just a news type magazine.
