    Contest #36: 1941 Cadillac

    Hey good news!

GraphixJunkie suggested that I start the new contests immediately after the previous contest ends. The new contest doesn't affect the voting, so it doesn't matter when it starts.

So, starting today, the new contests start on Friday instead of Monday.
This way, you also have the weekend to work on them (most people generally have more time on the weekend).

Entries still must be in by midnight Thursday. Just now you have a full week, instead of 4 days.

    I think it's a good idea.

    ----

Take the picture below and modify it any way that you want. Change colors, looks, background, etc...

The changes can be serious or silly. The changes don't have to make the car more desirable, they just have to make it different.

You are showing off your creativity and your chopping skills.

You must use the original picture as your starting point. Try to keep some semblance of the original pic.

Only 1 entry per person, and NO revisions. Once you've entered, that's your entry.

Due to it's popularity, we're staying with anonymous chopping:

Do NOT post your images here in this thread. Instead, E-mail them to: [email protected]. This week's contest will be totally anonymous.
Please do not write your name anywhere in your picture.
In your e-mail (but not your picture) please include your user name.

You have until THURSDAY at Midnight to submit your entries, so there is no need to rush right away. Quality takes time. Voting will start on FRIDAY.

    Here's the pic to modify:

Ok I'll try again......Rex That looks really cool. I already have my chop almost finished. I try hard because the only thing I can do the chop with is the program paint. My dad is looking in to buying me photoshop, just for this competition. I hope I do well! Good luck to all!!!

Fantastic idea on the new starting time. Since I work nights and don't get home on Thursdays in time to submit my entries, I've always had to finish up by Wednesday night, so this will really help me out.

Beautiful '41 Caddy ... I'd love to know where you found that pic!

    Re: Contest #36: 1941 Cadillac

No, as the rules state, voting is the same.
If I changed the voting time too, that would defeat the purpose.
This is to give us LONGER to chop.
