    Commercial Truck Brand

Stalwart is a brand consisting of commercial trucks for the medium, heavy, and severe duty classes. This brand would give General Motors a commercial line again, but with a few additions. Such additions would include the severe duty platforms.

    The Badge:

The top vacant part will have diamond plating, and the letters and borders will be chrome. I won't enter this logo drawing for the contest. It'll just be photoshopped onto my truck drawings themselves.

    The Foreman Series:

    F45 Shown

This would be equivalent to the 4500 and 5500 platforms. The Foreman Series includes the F45 and F55, with both RWD and 4WD options. Like other commercial trucks, the list of options is quite huge.

    The Champion Series:

    C55 Shown

The Champion Series models include the C45, C55, and the C65. They are the pure off-road versions with standard 4WD and high suspension lift.

    The Master Series:

    M85-MC Shown

The Master Series covers the highest classes. The models are the M65, M75, M85, M85 Tandem-Axle, and the M85 "Master Chief/MC". The M85-MC is the toughest model, with such options like additional steerable/auxiliary axles for the best payload capacities.

I am thinking of adding a pickup variant of the F45 (think Monroe conversion) and even a military variant of the Master series (such as a troop carrier or something like that). If I do, they'll be posted in the Reader's Talent section since I already met the maximum drawings required for the contest.

looks good, i would try and put alittle more "style" or design into them though. The drawings are great like always, but they look like a generic commercial truck. That first one is almost identical to the highway snowplows our DOT uses now. I know its commercial so it doesnt have to be or shouldn't be too fancy, just needs to seperate a little. Think of the tractor trailers..they all look very similar, except the Volvo's. They look completely different

I tend to agree...the concept is great, the presentation is great, but the design is a little too generic (I do like the unique hood sculpting though, keep that!).

A note to all design contest participants - if I pound you with penalties or point out that you can't enter one of your designs, please do not think that this is a personal bash on you as a designer. I am merely enforcing the rules that I have set down.

Well, I for one think the concept looks awesome. A nice improvement from the current Topkick/Kodiak series.

Very impressed buddy! Seriously though, trucks haven't been advanced in design much at all in the last 20yrs, and it's good to see something fresh and a little sinister.

    Re: Commercial Truck Brand

How about "Grunt", "Bison" or "Capricorn" for the name(s)??

    !!!!
IF It's A Chevrolet & RWD, Don't ride in it!!!

ALL Chevy's NEED to be FWD/F-AWD!!!

    If it's a Toyota/Lexus/Scion, Don't ride in/drive it!!

    Re: Commercial Truck Brand

Thanks for all of the comments!

I understand that the designs may be generic, and even bland. It was a little hard to be original because so many other trucks already used some design elements that I was thinking of (such as a bull-bar for the Master series, which is already used by Mack trucks).

I am adding more lines and curves to the trucks so they look a little different and more stylish.

I decided to leave the names alone. "Stalwart" sounds good enough when describing a work truck.

I may even tweak the Master series so there's some Halo influence, but not too much...

I have finished the line drawings.

I'll be coloring them quickly, but the deadline is here, so I may have to rush through it.

    Incredibly detailed drawings, good sir!

I'd imagine it took quite a while to complete them.
