Chevy HLR

This was a weekly contest (as in months ago...) that I didn't make it to...

I had some comments on it (mostly make the HHR parts black)...

But with the HHR donor pic I couldn't make the parts of the HHR as dark black as the rest of the car...

Can someone teach me how to make the HHR parts be the same black as the rest of the car (I tried the adjustments--hue/saturation), thanks?

Maybe it'll look better when the HHR parts are black. Good idea though.

Maybe you should have kept the Celta red, added the parts, blended everything, then changed color.

if matching was the only problem, i think lowering the contrast of the hhr paint would help (because the celta's paint is gloss and the hhr's metallic).

lol, it looks very interesting, but too short to work with the HHR front end.

Good chop, though I think the rear is a little boring compared to the front of the car.
