You need to get a new monitor. They are cheap on ebay.
The brightness/contrast thing is killing me.

A for the car itself, bleah. a pickup conversion requires more than just cutting off the roof.

You know what? I like it. This is more or less what I think the SSR should look like. I hate the round headlights on it, it looks too much like a cartoon.

This looks good IMO, and I think it would make a really cool hot rod pickup. Now just make it RWD and throw in a V8

Yeah, it's a re-occuring problem with your chops. As for the design, it's ok, but you didn't start with a great looking vehicle to begin with.

I like it and for some odd reason the prospect of a mini FWD pickup intrigues me. I would buy one. Not to haul tons of stuff but to haul around all my R/C cars to races and stuff. Keep refining and i kinda agree with REX little more than just chop the roof off. You might actually want to chop the roof just before the rear window on the door so that the door doesn't curl around to the back of the cab. And give the bed just a bit of detail like a rail cap or sumthing. You never know something like this could spawn another trend...I can see it now HHR -->HHT and Caliber --> Ram Caliber ...ect.

other then the ghost wheels, it is a decent chop... as I've shown you before, adjust your pictues for brightness and contrast.

As Rex said maybe it is your monitor?

Not bad, though the sunroof needs to go.

    Re: Chevy HHR (totally different)

The bed just looks unfinished. There's no dimension to it. It's a roguh line across the top instead of a smooth line. Maybe add some kind of detail like cargo tie downs, or the edge of a bed liner.
You can also see through the front windshield that it isn't a pickup in back.
The B Pillar is too skinny. Add some depth to make it look more realistic.
The sunroof is chopped off. Better to remove it completely.

It's the small details that make all the difference on a good chop.
