    Chevy Cobalt SS MCE

A quick chop of a facelifted Cobalt that GM could have released about the time the new Corolla came out.

    Original:

    MCE No bling

    MCE bling:

I would make the bling MCE the standard face of every cobalt coupe and sedan. It wouldn't have been too hard, or expensive, but we all know how much GM loves to leave things on the vine to rot.

    Discuss.

Not to be rude, but who cares. Why waste money on an enhancement that is not going to change the way the car sells. The Cobalt needed to go and a new replacement was needed desparately. Let's focus on the future with Cruze!

I like it. The headlights are a nice improvement.

Obviously a change would be pointless now, but 2-3 years ago, it would have helped. These cars need to be regularly and consistently updated to keep up with the competition, otherwise they will quickly get dull and stale. It may also impact resale value when a car goes visually unchanged for 6 years.

I do like the changes as they address the non-descript front clip.

But more than a little lipstick is in order. For a vehicle that is highly regarded for its powertrain and handling it was the interior that made it so poopty.

Awesome job Mr. Burns. Goes to show how little details can make a world of difference. GM should look into hiring you!

Save the money on this MCE and put it into figuring out how to shoehorn the 2.0 LNF into the Cruze.

Looks good. And GM really needs to step it up when it comes to MCEs.
