    Chevro-le Car

With the merger speculation and retro-fad in... Why not a give the Mini Cooper a run for it's money with the Chevro-Le Car with a face only it's Malibu mother could love...

Doesn't look like much was done except the Chevy badge on the grill.
Will you be doing more to this or what?
    Where is the creativity here?
IF It's A Chevrolet & RWD, Don't ride in it!!!

ALL Chevy's NEED to be FWD/F-AWD!!!

    If it's a Toyota/Lexus/Scion, Don't ride in/drive it!!

wasnt supposed to be real creative.. it was mostly a joke against the whole GM-Renault merger talks... And a joke against the retro craze bringing back new cars based on iconic old ones. And a joke on GM's lovely ability to badge engneer Chevy bowties based on any vehicle for any particular market.

Umm, it's a Le Car. It is damn near perfect as is, so why change it? And that nice, in a Malibu sort of way, front end is a perfect finishing touch.

Having a little girl drive it is taking this youth marketing thing a bit too far.

I know its a Le Car & I understand this car w/just a Chevy badge was a joke. But why not do a modern interpretation of it & REALLY give the Mini Cooper a run for its money, as the author of this thread said? Hmmm??

See, people have fond memories of the Mini Cooper. Keeping in the retro theme, people also have fond memories of the Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger, and VW Beetle.

People do not have fond memories of the Le Car. It didn't even have the same wheelbase on each side.

Guess that can be part of the joke too, like people had fond memories of Vegas, Pintos and Yugos...
