    Looks sharp. The wheels look a little small for it. Try to enlarge them if possible.

    you have know idea how hard it is for me to draw a circle,thats why all of my concept wheels have flats

    Get a bottle of white-out, and trace the base of it in order to make a circle. Or get a spool of thread or something that size. It's ok to "cheat".
