Nice job. Think you could do a hard top? I think it could look pretty slick.
Interesting. I do really like the Ciel, but I wonder if it would be somewhat compromised like the Camero due to it's showcar looks (i.e. the windows are very small - makes you feel like you are sitting in a tub).
I'd like it if they produce the Ciel - but I think Caddy should keep it's overall lineup modern - don't make it all retro or retro touches like the Ciel. I't like it if GM came out with a second concept - same idea with a large, four door convertable but with no retro touches just to see which looks better.
While I like the Ciel, I don't think that it would sell well if it were to ever be produced. I think it's pretty much the lovechild of the old Buick Blackhawk concept and a '63 Lincoln convertible, which doesn't scream "ultra Cadillac flagship" to me. I think that this is just a design exercise and that the general proportions are what we might see in a full size flagship.
Well done! Especially the hard top. You may have given us our first glimpse of the Omega car.

Could you make the hardtop's backlite more sharply angled?
That's a pretty nice photoshop job with speculating a top-up vert. That hard-top can actually make a decent speculation as to what a 4-door sedan version of the Ciel would look like.
Nice job. It looks nice.
